Our Indigenous employment program provides a dedicated manager who works with our customers to increase Indigenous participation across the workforce. This encompasses support in developing Indigenous Participation Plans and completing Cultural Heritage Management Plans.
Our training programs are aligned with the requirements of our customers, ensuring that we are readily able to provide skilled Indigenous employees across a wide range of expertise. Our specialised team provides vocational care throughout all stages of employment, from the recruitment process to successful completion of training and on-the-job mentoring.
