History

Programmed Group is a provider of staffing, maintenance and project services to a wide range of markets sectors in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom.

Our progression to these strategic capabilities began with the visions of two men: Norman Miles, the founder of Programmed Maintenance Services in 1951 and John Whittle, founder of Integrated Workforce in 1992. Both men created specialist capabilities in the fields of property maintenance and workforce services respectively, rapidly growing their operations throughout Australia based on innovative and successful business models.

The need for, and ability to recruit, retain and deploy a skilled workforce brought Programmed Maintenance Services and Integrated Group together in a friendly merger in 2007.
