Chris Sutherland, Managing Director Programmed GroupChris was appointed Managing Director in December 2007. He commenced with Programmed on 21 January 2008. Chris was previously the Chief Executive of Integrated Group Limited (February 2006 to January 2008). Chris has substantial management, operational and leadership experience in a number of senior executive roles in Australia, Asia and Europe. Prior to his position with Integrated Group Limited, Chris was Executive Director with Asset Services at Worley Parsons Ltd and held senior management positions with Clough Group as CEO, Clough Services and General Manager, Group Strategy. Apart from his core strengths in general management and strategic development, Chris has experience and expertise in acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures, asset and project management, and the provision of services to the offshore oil and gas industry. Stephen Leach, Chief Finance Officer Programmed GroupStephen was appointed in June 2007 following the merger with Integrated Group. His previous experience includes Chief Financial Officer Integrated Group Limited (2004 - 2007), Group Financial Controller Macmahon Holdings Limited, Financial Manager Watson Water (UK) Limited and as Senior Auditor for Deloitte and Touche. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce. Ian Jones, Company Secretary Programmed GroupIan joined Programmed in September 2000 and has extensive experience in finance and company administration. Ian has over 25 years experience working as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary. Prior to joining Programmed, Ian held senior finance roles for over 10 years with AXA and National Mutual. Ian has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne University. Danny Shafar, Executive General Manager Marketing & Business DevelopmentDanny Shafar joined Programmed in June 1983. Danny has extensive experience in the property maintenance and construction industries. Danny's experience prior to joining Programmed includes Project Management roles with Costain Australia Limited, Quantity Surveying with the Commonwealth Department of Construction and Construction Manager with Gran Terrazzo Australia. In his time at Programmed, Danny has held various operational and sales roles including positions of Divisional Manager, Area Manager, Business Manager and State Manager, Victoria/Tasmania. Danny now holds the role of Executive General Manager, Marketing & Business Development responsible for the Company’s national sales and marketing activities. Danny has a Bachelor of Building from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. Danny is also the Group’s Registered Building Practitioner in Victoria. Jim Sherlock, Group General Manager Human Resources Programmed GroupJim joined Programmed in April 2000 and has over 20 years experience in senior human resource and operational management roles within the retail, hospitality and property maintenance industries. Jim is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and has a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Mark Piwkowski, Chief Executive Officer Programmed Property ServicesMark joined Programmed in 1985. He was appointed to his current position in February 2008. He brings over 20 years experience in property maintenance, including State and General Management positions in the painting and building services areas. Mark has been instrumental in developing the Programmed Property Services business. Steve Taylor, Chief Executive Office Programmed Facility ManagementSteve was appointed CEO of the Tungsten Group in October 2005 after its successful acquisition by Programmed Maintenance Services Limited. Since 1995 Steve has led its growth from a small consulting organisation to the Facility Management business it is today. He has significant experience in leadership and change management within the Property and Facility Management sectors including commercial, industrial, utilities, and logistics. Previous to 1995, Steve held a senior management role for seven years with a UK bank where he was responsible for property corporate strategy, acquisitions and operational performance of the bank’s assets. Steve is a Chartered Engineer and holds a B (Eng) Hons in Environmental Engineering. Brian Styles, Chief Executive Officer IntegratedBrian joined Integrated Group as General Manager, Integrated Workforce in March 2003 and was appointed to Executive General Manager in 2006. Following a re-structure in February 2008 Brian was appointed to his current position. Brian has 20 years experience in the recruitment industry. He was previously Executive General Manager, Adecco (1999-2003) and Executive General Manager, Drake International (1996-1999) and was a member of the respective Australian Management boards of these businesses. Glenn Triggs, Chief Executive Officer Total Marine ServicesGlenn joined Integrated Group in 2001 bringing extensive experience in the areas of managed labour, engineering and maintenance services and facilities management. Glenn was appointed to Executive General Manager in 2006 and following a re-structure in February 2008 was appointed to his current position. Glenn is responsible for the executive management of Total Marine Services in Australasia, the Wendell Group in New Zealand and Integrated Maintenance Services. He was previously General Manager and Managing Director of Integrated's engineering and maintenance services businesses. Prior to joining Integrated Glenn held executive management positions with Skilled Engineering and Kilpatrick Green. David Kaestner, Chief Executive Officer SWGDavid Kaestner joined SWG in 2005 as CEO and owner of the Company prior to it's acquisition by Programmed in 2008. David has more than 35 years experience working in the marine and construction industry both onshore and offshore around the world. Prior to joining SWG David was Project Construction Manager for Technip France based in Paris.
