St George College Programmed was awarded a contract for maintenance of the St George College grounds which overlook Matilda Bay and the Swan River in Perth. The College’s neo-gothic style building and its formal gardens are a local landmark and the College grounds are entered in the Register of the National Estate by the Australian Heritage Commission.

The education sector has been an important part of our property maintenance and facility management services for both the private and public education sectors for many years. We are ready and able to support the current Australian Government’s stimulus package “Building the Education Revolution”. We have extensive experience in education with over 900 long-term maintenance programmes with educational institutions spanning universities, residential colleges, catholic, independent and government schools in Australia. We have the experience and capability to provide project management, refurbishments, interior and exterior painting projects, grounds services and landscaping projects and playground upgrades. Our corporate imaging business has developed an innovative and professional imaging and directional signage solution for a number of independent college campuses around Australia. Under an arrangement with a state education department, we provide routine and restoration maintenance and minor capital works management for 250 primary and secondary schools for the half the metropolitan region and TAFE colleges comprising five institutions across 20 campus locations of an Australian capital city. Our property services offering and experience also extends to both private and public education institutions in the United Kingdom (including world renowned Universities) and New Zealand where we have over 600 public schools under maintenance painting programmes.
