Utilities

(Water and Power)

In the utilities sector, our facility management division has maintenance and operation expertise through the provision of civil works and electrical & mechanical services for major urban water and sewer networks in Melbourne and Brisbane. We also provide estate management services and the facility maintenance of major power generation sites in Victoria and Western Australia, along with the maintenance of depots and support facilities for public water corporations in Victoria and Western Australia.

Social Infrastructure

(Public Housing, Justice Facilities and Local Government)

We have extensive experience in the provision of maintenance and project management services for government provided social infrastructure.

In public housing, we are a provider for Australian state governments of management and maintenance services for over 26,000 public houses. Our services include a range of project management including design and refurbishment, maintenance management, responsive and planned maintenance works in accordance with Government probity and policy regulations.

In the UK, we developed an innovative contract with a major city council which encompasses a unique, four-year partnering arrangement to maintain over 4,300 council-owned public houses spread across 28 estates within the county in the north of England.

Since 1996, we have been providing comprehensive maintenance and project management services including a 24/7 breakdown repair service, planned maintenance including routine and restoration maintenance, minor capital works management and building services to some 60 facilities supporting a state government’s justice system. Facilities include all metropolitan courts and community justice facilities, all government owned metropolitan prisons and the maintenance of electronic security systems at four regional prisons.

In the local government sector, our facility management and property services divisions provide maintenance and management support ranging from grounds services, property maintenance, design and project management for parks and open spaces, council pre-schools, sports facilities and community centres.

In addition, our facility management consulting business is at the forefront in Australia in providing expert facility management advice and strategic asset management support to government authorities and major government projects including Public Private Partnerships for hospitals, convention centres and schools.
