Offshore oil and gas

Programmed Group is a leading provider to the Australasian and New Zealand offshore oil and gas sector, providing a range of staffing, maintenance and project services.
 
Our marine services capability provided by Total Marine Services is the major provider of maritime manning and support services for the offshore oil and gas industries in Australia and New Zealand. This support covers manning offshore rigs and platforms, operation of support vessels such as tugs and large barges and logistics, including catering services.  It also has wide ranging capabilities in the provision of a variety of trades, supervisors and management for offshore construction and maintenance - from a single employee to complete project management.

Our engineering services capability, SWG, is a specialist in subsea engineering and construction and has executed projects in Australia and internationally. With offices in Perth and Singapore, it services include: FPSO and mooring system installation, installation of flowlines, umbilicals and subsea structures, and design, procurement and fabrication of subsea structures.

Mining and mineral processing plants

We cover a range of mining and mineral processing industries in coal, iron ore, zinc, gold, silver, copper and mineral sands, primarily through our workforce and engineering services divisions.

Our workforce capability, Integrated, has a dedicated mining and resources team specializing in the placement of professionals in mining, exploration, geology, production and maintenance fields. We have strong connections to, and knowledge of, the industry, backed up by dedicated Industrial Relations and Health, Safety and Environment teams, to ensure the most productive worksite environment.

SWG provides expertise in project management, engineering, design and construction management services in resource projects covering materials handling infrastructure, processing plants, water treatment facilities, cross country pipelines and industrial storage facilities. In addition, it has a professional and experienced maintenance team which can undertake facility maintenance, routine maintenance of plant and equipment and shutdown activities for mine processing plants.

Industrial processing

We provide a range of facility management and maintenance services to Australia’s leading industrial processors in industries such as the steel, chemical, explosives and fertilizer.

Our facility management capability provides a variety of maintenance and support services ranging from security, fire, industrial rescue and nursing services at one of Australia’s major steel manufacturing sites. We provide specialised engineering construction, facility, and plant maintenance at major chemical, fertilizer and explosive plants across Australia for many of Australia’s leading resource processing companies.
