Our Services

The Group’s capabilities are provided through a range of services delivered by the various business divisions which operate from a network of 110 locations across various industries and markets.

Property Services

Property maintenance is delivered through specialist, task based property services, focused on maintenance painting & related minor building repairs, corporate imaging & signage and grounds services. These tasks, programmes and projects are performed in the main through the direct employment of over 2,000 staff and tradespeople.

We currently provide property maintenance services to around 5,000 customers covering some 50,000 structures through an extensive branch network of 60 locations in capital cities and regional centres though-out Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The customer base extends across a diverse range of industries including retail & commercial, manufacturing, education and aged care.

Facility Management

Our facility management services encompass the management and maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of buildings, properties and infrastructure. It includes repair and maintenance, technical services and a range of “soft” support services.

We currently provide total property maintenance, refurbishments, minor capital work projects and facility management solutions through 52 contracts and related projects across all states of Australia. These are delivered through a combination of our directly employed workforce and accredited suppliers/sub-contractors.

We provide facility management services to both the government and private sector including retail, education, utilities, public housing, manufacturing and commercial markets.

In addition, we have a specialist consulting capability providing strategic FM advice to government and industry.

Workforce

Our workforce services are delivered through the Integrated division which provides recruitment and labour hire of blue/white collar workforces to a range of sectors including mining & resources, industrial, manufacturing and logistics for some 2,500 customers.

Integrated is able to tailor productive and cost effective employment choices – from the provision of a single staff member to complete workforce and contract labour management – supported by extensive health, safety and environmental management systems, industrial relations and payroll services.

Integrated operates through a national network of over 40 branches in all states and territories of Australia and on a daily average, employs around 8,000 skilled and semi-skilled staff for our customers from an active database of 60,000 personnel.

Marine Services

The Group’s marine services capability is delivered through the Total Marine Services division.  Headquartered in Fremantle, Western Australia, with offices in Singapore and New Plymouth, New Zealand, Total Marine Services is a specialist provider of manning, project management and logistics solutions to all sectors of the offshore oil and gas industries in Australasia and New Zealand. 

Total Marine Services provides crews and services for vessels and installations such as rigs, drill ships, offshore support vessels, specialist construction vessels and dredges in addition to catering services. It also has wide ranging capabilities in the provision of a variety of trades, supervisors and management for offshore construction and maintenance - from a single employee to complete project management.

Total Marine Services also provides expert guidance and consultancy on complex marine operations and workplace issues for other marine service providers and the marine service industry in general.

Engineering Services

The Group’s specialist engineering service is provided through SWG, a multi-disciplined engineering, construction and maintenance group servicing the resources and energy sectors in Australia, South East Asia and Africa.

Headquartered in Bunbury, Western Australia, with offices in Perth and Singapore, SWG offers a full suite of engineering, construction and maintenance services including project management, design and installation engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and maintenance services.
