Programmed Facility Management responds proactively to emerging changes in operational requirements. Risk is managed using a “whole of contract” approach. We develop, implement and progressively monitor our activities; leading to diligent identification and mitigation of all functional and operational risk. Our continuous improvement methods ensure these systems and related activities are updated to remain relevant and appropriate. At Programmed Facility Management, we do not wait for things to happen – we design, develop and implement measures to prevent incidents that may impact upon service delivery and contract requirements occurring. If issues do arise, we have the capability to take the necessary management actions to minimize the severity of impact. Certification of our management system to recognised Standards is important to us. It provides an opportunity to benchmark our systems and processes against established requirements, and objectively assess how best to apply these to our operational requirements. Our Certification process also supplies valuable feedback that enables ongoing system and process improvement in accordance with the Standards. |
