Programmed Facility Management creates and delivers smarter solutions for our customers through facilities management, maintenance and project services. Our services encompass management and maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of buildings, properties and infrastructure. It includes repair and maintenance, technical services and a range of “soft” support services. We focus on government, utilities, education, retail aged care, industrial, health and commercial sectors throughout Australia. We currently deliver our services through some 50 long-term operational contracts as well as short-term project customers across all states of Australia. These are delivered through a combination of our directly employed workforce and accredited suppliers / subcontractors. In addition, we have a specialist consulting capability providing strategic Facility Management advice to government and industry.
