Programmed Facility Management provides project management services to support the delivery of our clients’ maintenance, fit- out and refurbishment projects. We assume responsibility for their success and achieve this through the pro- active provision of advice and direction at every stage of the project process. We work collaboratively with all members of the wider project team, from commencement, advising on the viability of the project, identifying and mitigating the project risks, establishing clear objectives and devising and implementing the most appropriate strategy for the delivery of the project. We then drive the project from the implementation of the recommended strategy through to the achievement of practical completion. Our project managers have the skills, experience and commercial awareness to meet the highest standards of service. All have managed a wide variety of projects from inception to completion, within cost, time and performance constraints.
