Dept of Education

Active ImageSince 1996, Programmed has been providing facilities and property maintenance services and infrastructure project management works for the southern metropolitan education region of Perth for the Department of Education in Western Australia. The services include routine maintenance, general restoration, minor works, capital works, major breakdowns and breakdown repair services to a portfolio of more than 280 public schools. The contract provides a fully comprehensive service, including a 24/7 breakdown repair service and is also provided to five TAFE colleges across 21 campuses throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

 

Frankston City Council

Frankston City CouncilProgrammed has been providing property maintenance services for some 270 council premises for Frankston City Council in Victoria since 1996. Services include a full range of tasks such as building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, essential services, building audits. The majority of these services are undertaken by subcontractors managed by Programmed with a small in-house team providing carpentry and building services. Programmed also provides services to the Frankston Central Activity District (CAD) including streetscape management, cleaning services and horticultural services.

 

Port of Melbourne

Port of MelbourneProgrammed provides some nine different services in an integrated facilities management contract to Australia’s largest marine port, the Port of Melbourne. The services include building maintenance, Essential Services, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, cleaning, pest control, waste management, civil works, grounds maintenance services.
Services are provided by a mix of Programmed staff and subcontractors and are scheduled around all trade and cruise shipping activities. This is a 24 hours per day 7 days per week operation.

 

Rottnest Island

Rottnest IslandRottnest Island, off the coast of Fremantle, covers 1,900 hectares and attracts over 500,000 people each year. Programmed provides facility, operational and utilities management of all aspects of the island as well as related strategic functions of the Rottnest Island Authority. In addition Programmed supports and maintains the RIA’s undertaking to minimise damage to the environment through managing waste, power generation and distribution services, wind turbine and water supply.

 

Orica Kooragang Island

Orica Kooragang IslandInitially appointed by Orica in 1998 to review their facilities management services, Programmed was later appointed to provide operational management to three Orica sites in Australia, including an explosives manufacturing facility and a laboratory site.
Programmed’s relationship with Orica has continued to grow, and now provides facilities management services to a multitude of Orica's businesses across Australia including Plastics, Chemicals, Dulux, and Research.

 

Housing SA

Housing SAProgrammed manage 19,500 houses in central and southern metropolitan areas of Adelaide in partnership with Housing SA. Our services include construction project management and maintenance management services, including CAD documentation, expenditure control, work programming and scheduling, all undertaken in accordance with Government probity and policy regulations.

 

City West Water

City West WaterCity West Water provides vital water and sewer reticulation systems to some 300,000 properties in Melbourne's central business district and western suburbs. As an alliance partner, Programmed provides field-based civil, mechanical and electrical maintenance services through programmed and emergency maintenance activities, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

Incitec Pivot Site

Incitec Pivot SiteProgrammed provides management of all non-core services at the Gibson Island plant in Queensland. The services provided on site include cleaning, food services, security, building maintenance, casual labour, production maintenance, grounds maintenance and site infrastructure maintenance.

 

OneSteel emergency services

OneSteel emergency services

At the OneSteel Whyalla steel plant in SA, Programmed provides emergency services on a 24 hour, 365 day a year basis, including security, ambulance and health care treatments, rescue and casualty retrieval, fire and emergency response and clinical nurse services.
